1. Praise:

   This prayer from Jeremiah is in Shabbat's prophetic portion: Heal me YHWH and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for You are my praise. (Jer. 17:14)

   • Lord God, we give You all the praise and the glory for saving us and healing us (1 Chr. 16:35).

   • We confess Abba, that we are saved only through Your amazing grace (Acts 15:11; Eph. 2:8).

   • Thank You Yeshua for becoming the Lord our Healer (Psa. 30:2; 41:4; Isa. 57:19; Luke 4:18).

   • We bless You All-Wise God for healing us in areas where we need to be healed and not necessarily where we want to be healed (Psa. 75:1; Phil. 1:6).

   • Abba Father, we rejoice that it was for the praise of [Your] glory that You had predestined us to be saved in and through Messiah Yeshua (Eph. 1:4-6, 12, 14).

   • God, we are grateful for how You reveal to us that all You are doing in us, and with Israel, is for Your glory's sake (Psa. 115:1-3); for Your holy name's sake (Isa. 43:25; Ezek. 36:22-23).

2. Government & society:

   The God of Israel ordains who rules in the affairs of men (Dan. 4:17). He also tells us to intercede for them (1 Tim. 2:1-3), so one of our main burdens is to pray for Israel's leaders, asking the Lord to turn them to do and declare His will (Psa. 80:3, 7, 19).

   • Lord of all, since nothing takes You by surprise, please lead us as we pray (Isa. 42:9).

   • God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, speak clearly to Israel's leaders from the prophetic portion of the curse that rests upon any who trust in man, and of the blessing for all who trust in You (Jer. 17:5-8).

   • Abba Father, thank You for increasing the sons and daughters of Zion who are speaking openly in Israeli society, and ask You for many more at this time (1 Chr. 11:10; Obad. 1:21; Zech. 9:13; 12:8).

   • King of kings, guide Israel's coalition to legislate only that which is of You (Psa. 32:8: Prov. 14:34).

   • Sovereign Lord, as You placed PM Bibi Netanyahu to lead over Israel today (Dan. 4:32), anoint him to accomplish all that is in Your will – yet nothing more (Psa. 68:27; 75:5-7; 80:17; Phil. 1:6).

   • God Almighty, be Netanyahu's "iron dome" against all the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual missiles that both people and demonic forces launch in his direction (Deut. 33:29; Psa. 3:3).

   • Surround him with wise and godly advisors, as well as supportive friends (Prov. 17:17; 18:24; 27:6).

   • Lord of hosts, anoint Defense Minister Katz with Your wisdom as he oversees the protection of Israel and guard over his relations with both Netanyahu and IDF chief Zamir (Eccl. 4:12; 9:18b).

   • Abba Father, use the differences that exist between Israel's political and military leaders to birth answers to problems and not to create further divisions (Phil. 2:2-3).

   • Gracious God, shield the hearts and minds of Your people from the humanistic, anti-Christ lies that are often spread via the mainstream media, the internet and in social media (Psa. 71:7; Isa. 54:13).

   • God of Jerusalem, rebuke Satan's manipulation of the hostage situation which deceives many Israelis into thinking that Bibi is responsible for the hostages not being rescued as opposed to Hamas being responsible for seizing and caging them in the first place (Zech. 3:2).

   • Pour out, like a flood, Your truth and clarity upon Israeli society to counter Hamas' lies (Isa. 59:19).

   • Messiah Yeshua, comfort Your nation (Isa. 61:1-3) and heal all ex-hostages (Psa. 30:2-3; 147:3).

3. Operation "Gideon's Chariots,"

   the increased military pressure Israel threatened against Hamas in Gaza, has begun. Still negotiations in Qatar, mediated by US Middle East [ME] envoy Witkoff, for the release of the hostages continue. Reports say Israel will stop the war if all hostages are released, including dead bodies; Hamas is removed and all of Gaza is demilitarized. Yet God's goal remains the same since the Exodus – the destruction of Amalek, whose spirit possesses Hamas today (1 Sam. 15:2-3).

   • God, recall what Hamas did to the weakest of Your people, and to those who were at the forefront of wanting peace with the Palestinians, and war against them (Psa. 74:22-23; Ezek. 25:15-17).

   • Abba, do not permit US President Trump or Witkoff to manipulate Israel to stop the war before Hamas is erased and all hostages – living and dead – are home (Ezek. 39:3).

   • God, if Israel's permitting of humanitarian aid to reenter into Gaza is not of You, then somehow halt it; but if it is of You, then use it as You say in Proverbs 25:21-22.

   • Lord God, with Israel's pre-war expectations in mind, we bless You for miraculously protecting the IDF soldiers battling in Gaza and ask for You to continue to do that (Deut. 20:1-8; Psa. 140:7).

   • Lord of hosts, continue teaching Israel how to most effectively war against Hamas (2 Sam. 22:35a).

   • Almighty Savior, as in biblical days, rescue all remaining hostages, removing them from being used as human shields for Hamas and as a noose around Israel's neck (1 Sam. 30:18-19; Isa. 49:24-26).

   • Lord God, enable Israeli society to see the hostage situation in proper perspective in this existential war against the spirit of Islamic Jew-hatred (Ex. 17:14-17; Ezek. 35:5).

   • Messiah, set Gaza free from demonic spirits and cleanse Your land (Num. 35:33; Psa. 10:16).

   • God Almighty, remove Israel's reluctance to repossess Gaza, as it is theirs to possess (Judg. 2:1-4).

4. Foreign relations:

   The arrogance of many Westerners who think that every nation must see life as they do is extremely dangerous. In particular in relation to Israel and its neighborhood, some of these leaders and their advisors think that by showering Muslims with huge amounts of money they will be convinced that peace is better than holy war/jihad. This is ludicrous, as it ignores the reality that many Muslims are truly committed to Allah and the teachings of the Quran.

   • Abba, please show Westerners, especially their leaders, that most Arabs and Iranians do not see life like those who were raised on a biblical Judeo-Christian foundation (1 Cor. 15:41).

   • Also let Western leaders see that although most have rejected a serious relationship with the God of the Bible, there are multitudes of others in the world who do have a deep connection with their god, or gods, even to the point of killing Jews and infidels, to please Allah (Psa. 83:1-4; Ezek. 35:5).

   • God of Israel, give Israel's leaders divine wisdom when dealing with these various "sons of Greece" who lead most Western nations today (Ezra 7:25a; Job 12:13; Dan. 1:17).

   • Protect Israel from the influence of the Jewish communities living in gentile nations who often press Israel to do things that are not in line with Your will Abba (Neh. 4:1-14).

   • Abba, if what Trump did in the ME forces Israel into being that people who dwells alone (Num. 23:9b), then guide us to not pray against it, but to pray for Your will to be done on earth (Matt. 6:10).

   • God, guide and anoint Bibi as he interacts with the Trump administration (Psa. 23:3b; Prov. 19:21).

   • Lord, let Israel's leaders copy Trump and produce policies that put "Israel first!" (Deut. 28:13).

   • Abba, help Bibi and Foreign Minister Sa'ar rebuke the threat of sanctions from the UK, France and Canada over renewed fighting in Gaza and expansion of settlements in Judea and Samaria (Psa. 82:8).

   • Yet, God, at the same time, use those sanctions to further the fulfillment of Numbers 23:9b.

   • Sovereign Lord, overrule all meetings between Israeli leaders and leaders of other nations or global NGOs like the UN, so that Your plans stand forever (Psa. 33:10-11; 103:19).

   • Lord, show Western believers how to intercede for their nations' ties with Israel today (Ezek. 22:30).

   • Lord God, turn believers to Ezekiel 29:6-9, and show them how furious You are with untrustworthy allies of Israel, and then turn them to stand in the gap for their nations (Ezek. 22:30-31).

5. Internal security:

   Verses in Shabbat's Torah portion declare that the land is God's, which He has shared with His people: The land shall not be sold forever: for the land is Mine; for you are strangers and sojourners with Me…I am YHWH your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God. (Lev. 25:23, 38)

   • Almighty God, use these verses to convince any Jew who is on the fence concerning whether Israel should extend its sovereignty over all of the land that this is 100% Your will today (Isa. 54:2-3).

   • Lord, also place Isaiah 54:2-3, upon the hearts and in the minds of a majority of Israelis today.

   • Messiah Yeshua, open up the eyes of believers to perceive that praying for Israel to possess its God-given possessions (Obad. 1:17) is not for political but prophetic purposes, in order that You will be glorified as many see You fulfilling Your biblical promises (Ezek. 36:34-36; 37:14).

   • Abba, reveal to more Israelis that possessing their land is a biblical command which does not depend on what any other nation, NGO or world leader says (Deut. 7:1-5; Judg. 2:1-4; Psa. 105:5-11).

   • God of Israel, preserve the illegal buildings that the EU had built for the Palestinians in Area C to be used as homes for Jews as they return and resettle Your land (Deut. 6:10-11; Josh. 24:13).

   • May Israel's plans to block the Palestinian Authority from establishing false facts on Your land be successful – even to the tearing down of those things they have already built (Num. 21:3).

   • Lord God, continue to use Finance Minister Smotrich and Defense Minister Katz to do the above and to hasten the planting of Israeli facts firmly in Judea and Samaria (Amos 9:14-15).

   • Lord of hosts, as You said in Exodus, go out with Israel's army against its enemies in the land, and release Your fear to go before the IDF (23:27); send hornets after Your enemies (23:28); drive out Israel's enemies (23:30); and expand its land to be in line with Your vision of what the Promised Land should encompass (23:31-33).

   • Lord God, enable Israel's security forces in Judea and Samaria to fight against the terrorists like the prophesied sons of Zion (Zech. 9:13-15; 10:3a-7).

   • Almighty, guide the IDF as it uncovers and stops arms smuggling attempts into Israel (Job 12:22).

   • Lord God, protect Your people and Your land from any future arson-terrorism (Isa. 43:2).

6. External security – Middle East [ME]:

   How do we pray about Trump's deals which he made with several Muslim nations last week? Is it true that as he and many other conservative friends of Israel are saying that all of these deals are beneficial to Israel? Huge weapons deals with Saudi Arabia and Qatar; removal of sanctions from the new Syrian government who has a background of extreme terrorism; dealing directly with Hamas and Iran. While overall the picture might not look good for Israel, our God reigns and we prayed based on His commitment to fulfill His promises to His people!

   • Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, Your thoughts and ways are higher than ours (Isa. 55:6, 8-9), so please be very clear while leading us in prayer (Psa. 10:17).

   • Abba Father, You make covenants and not deals, so watch over and fulfill Your various covenants with Israel, especially Your unconditional covenant with the land (Gen. 15:17-18; Psa. 105:5-11).

   • God, do not let the expansion of the Abraham Accords between Israel and other ME nations become bait in the enemy's trap for Your nation – but overrule the future of these accords (Psa. 124:1-8).

   • Lord God of Israel, we trust You to be Israel's QME – its qualitative military edge – despite the hi-tech weaponry Trump/America could end up selling to Muslim nations (Psa. 3:3, 6-8; Jer. 51:20-24).

   • King of kings, You are the same God to whom Moses and Israel said: YHWH is a man of war; so arise and fight against all of Israel's modern-day enemies (Ex. 15:3a; Psa. 68:1, 30).

   • God Almighty, continue to confound all who hate and aim to destroy Zion (Psa. 35:4, 26; 129:5).

   • Lord God, increase Israel's skill in gathering accurate intelligence and in interpreting all collected data precisely, and in knowing who to pass this information (2 Kin. 6:12; Isa. 29:15).

   • Abba Father, fulfill Your plans for Iran – and hinder man's plans (Psa. 99:1; 103:19).

   • Lord God, fulfill Jeremiah 49:38b by destroying Iran's political, military and religious leadership.

   • King Messiah, pour out Your wisdom upon Israel to know what to do to eliminate the threat of an Iranian nuke regardless of what the US-Iran negotiations produce (Prov. 8:14-16; 19:20; 21:30-31).

   • Righteous Judge, judge all nations who desire financial transactions with Iran – even though they know that Iran is the #1 supporter of terror throughout the world (Jer. 12:13; Hag. 1:6).

   • Direct Israel's attacks against the Houthis, making them to be much more effective (Prov. 21:30-31).

   • Lord Yeshua, reveal the true nature and plans of Turkey in Syria to Israel (Job 12:22)

   • God, make Turkey's leader Erdogan to be such a pain to both the US and NATO that America pulls its military base, which stores nuclear weapons, totally out of that nation (Psa. 9:19).

   • Reveal to Israel and America how Qatar is manipulating both of them (Job 12:17-25; Psa. 120:6-7).

   • Destroy all of the ties between Egypt, Turkey and Qatar that are a threat to Israel (Psa. 129:5).

   • Give Israel wisdom concerning the radical Islamic Sunni leaders in Syria today (Psa. 23:3b; 32:8).

   • Lord Yeshua, protect Your Body in the ME; guide them as they pray and teach them how to bless – and not curse – Israel and the Jews (Gen. 27:29; John 10:16, 27)

7. Aliyah:

   From Shabbat's prophetic reading: Therefore, behold, the days come, says YHWH, that it shall no more be said, 'YHWH lives who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;' but, 'YHWH lives who brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands where He had driven them:' and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers. (Jer. 16:14-15)

   • Lord God, as the next verse states, release even more fishers and hunters to bring, or chase, Your people home (Jer. 16:16).

   • Messiah Yeshua, teach Your Body of their biblical responsibility to help Jews make aliyah through prayer, finances and by good works (Isa. 49:22; 60:1-12; 61:5; Rom. 15:26-27).

   • Also, King Messiah, encourage believers to share with to their Jewish acquaintances that they need to return to Israel as soon as possible (Prov. 12:17; Zech. 8:16; Eph. 4:15a).

   • We praise You Lord for the aliyah which is a sign to the world of Your faithfulness and power to fulfill Your promises, even though most nations are opposed to this (Isa. 43:12; Heb. 10:23b).

   • Show Jews that while Israel is not 100% safe, it is safer than staying in the nations (Psa. 121:3-4).

   • God of mercy, may the horrific murder of two Israeli embassy workers in Washington DC this past week make the above prayer much more effective – especially to Jews in America (Rom. 8:28).

   • Abba, confront Jewish pride which says, "They will not chase us out!" and let them see that You are doing both the chasing and the drawing (Prov. 16:18; Isa. 43:5-7; Jer. 31:3-5).

   • Sovereign God, bring down the power that the media has over Jews which through how they report – and distort – the news coming out of Israel, causes Jews to fear coming home (Num. 14:9).

   • King Yeshua, turn Israel's diplomatic outreach to Jews in exile to focus more on aliyah and less on helping them to remain safe and secure outside of Your land (Deut. 28:65-67; Psa. 53:6; 107:1-9).

   • God Almighty, marry Your people to the land, and let them understand that it is a marriage – for better or worse, richer or poorer, in sickness and in health – and not just a love affair (Isa. 62:4-5).

   • Abba, thank You that Israel's Minister of Aliyah, Ofir Sofer, has removed some of the stones of stumbling in the path of Your people coming home (Isa. 62:10). We ask for many more, Lord!

8. Salvation:

   Jeremiah 32:37-44, Ezekiel 36:24-28 and Zechariah 12:2-10, as well as many other verses, state that when all Israel is saved – it occurs in their land. Praying for more Israeli Jews to receive the revelation of Messiah Yeshua is in line with God's prophetic will for them at this time.

   • Lord Yeshua, walk in Samaria once again, revealing Yourself to Jews living there (John 4:25-26).

   • Give dreams and visions of Your true nature to the Jews living in Judea (Joel 2:28; Rev. 1:10-18).

   • Abba, move upon Jews who live in Jerusalem come to know Your Son and to start even now to cry out, Blessed is He who comes in the name of YHWH (Psa. 118:26; Matt. 23:39)!

   • God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, turn Your people away from the humanistic rabbinic thinking to feed on Your Word instead and by that create in them a biblical mindset (Psa. 80:3, 7, 19: Jer. 15:16).

   • Messiah Yeshua, impart a burden to pray for Israel's salvation on gentile believers (Rom. 10:1).

   • Lord, erase from them the concept that sharing the good news with a Jew is offensive (Luke 9:26).

   • [Ask God if there is a specific group of Jews He wants you to intercede for during the next week.]

9. Body of Messiah:

   Why should it surprise some believers to read verses like Jeremiah 16:19-21 from the prophetic portion which prophesy of gentile's being saved? If more Christians would know this, then they could appreciate that God chose Israel both for His glory and that through Israel they, non-Jews, could also have a relationship with the One True Living God.

   • Divine Physician, heal the Body of its biblical anorexia and prophetic illiteracy by pouring into it a hunger to feed on all of Your Word (Jer. 15:16; Amos 8:11; Acts 20:32; 2 Tim. 2:15; Heb. 5:13-14).

   • God, may the Body fall in love with the truth of Your Word in 2025 (John 17:17; 2 Thess. 2:10-12).

   • Lord Yeshua, cause many more in the Body to search the Tanach and to find the theological basis for all that the New Testament says is foundational for the faith (2 Tim. 3:16-17).

   • Restore the authority of all of Your Word in Your Body (John 17:17).

   • Lord Yeshua, place a burden on Your body to pray for Israel to possess its possessions (Obad. 1:17); for Jews in the nations to make aliyah (Isa. 43:5-7) and for all Israel to be saved (Rom. 10:1).

   • Abba, guide the Body to do this, not primarily so that they can be blessed (Gen. 12:3a), but so that You will be glorified through Your kingdom's coming on earth (Psa. 115:1-3; Luke 11:2).

   • Strengthen, multiply and use the Israeli Body for Your name's sake Lord Yeshua (Psa. 115:1-3).
