Israeli settlements are a major issue. Everyone is pressing Israel to not allow even "natural growth" to occur in existing settlements. Yet, these settlements are located exactly on the land which God has promised to our forefathers as an everlasting inheritance.

Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with My whole heart and with My whole soul.

Thank You Lord, for the article in the Wall Street Journal which former US Deputy National Security Adviser Elliot Abrams - who worked in the Bush administration - wrote, stating that there was agreements between Bush and former Israel PM Sharon concerning certain settlements that would remain under Israeli rule.

Use this, and other unsettled feelings among Obama's Jewish supporters and even Democratic politicians, to cause cracks in Obama's no-settlement policy.

Expose the real impact that Obama's policy would have on Jerusalem neighborhoods.

Concerning the new Israeli government.

Thank You Father, for giving us a government through whom You will glorify Yourself.

Continue to give wisdom, courage and strength to Netanyahu and Lieberman as they fight against this policy - and all other attempts to divide Your land (Lev. 25:23; Joel 3:1-2).

We pray for their physical and spiritual protection.

Please give to the Defense Minister, Ehud Barak, real wisdom and clarity as he goes to America this week.

Thank You for Israel's new US ambassador, Michael Oren. Use this man to clearly lay out Israel's situation and what she can and cannot do.

Especially, help Oren as he speaks to the media.

Although there is an earthquake, an uprising, among the Iranian peoples against the autocratic reign of the mullahs, it is important to remember that even the opposition leader, Mir Hossein Mousavi, would continue Iran's march to nuclear weapons. In fact, Mousavi was the one who started Iran's hidden nuclear development program.

The situation with North Korea is a real worldwide threat - yet again, we hear more heated discussion over the settlements than over this. Yeshua did warn us much about end-time deception and this upside down priority is one of the clearest examples.

Abba, wake up the world to the real danger of a nuclear armed North Korea.

Lord, there is proof that North Korea has helped both Iran and Syria in developing nuclear weapons and missiles. Have Israel raise her voice to wake the world up to this danger.

Cause attention to be given to this as opposed to issues with Israel and enable Israel to have a little breathing space before the next global assault on her possessing her possessions (Obad. 1:17)

Please give the believers in South Korea wisdom and anointing when they pray for this very dangerous situation for them - and for the world.

Aliyah - the immigration of the Jews home to Israel - is always a wonderful thing to pray for because we know from many scriptures that this is very much God's will at this time.
And now with Natan Sharansky as the new Jewish Agency head, we are more encouraged to plead with God to bring His people home.

Fear not: for I am with you. I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, Give up; to the south, Keep not back. Bring My sons from far, and My daughters from the ends of the earth. Even every one that is called by My name: for I have created him for My glory, I have formed him; yes, I have made him.
Isaiah 43:5-7 -
Father, use Sharansky's testimony, of suffering for the privilege of being able to make aliyah from the former Soviet Union, wake up the Jews in places where they can freely come home - to do just that.

Give Sharansky wisdom to know how to use his new position to open up the way for massive aliyah from the West.
Thus says LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save My people from the east country, and from the west country;
(Zech. 8:7) -
Also, use him to build very strong ties between the Jews in exile and the Jews at home.

Help Israel's new government to have a real vision for aliyah and to do all that is needed to draw Your people back to Your land.
I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn you.
(Jeremiah 31:3b) -
Yeshua, speak to the Messianic Jews - especially in the West - that they also need to make plans to return home.
And the ransomed of LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
