Almighty God, we bless You from Jerusalem - Your holy city.

Praise LORD [YHWH], for it is good to sing praises unto our God, for it is pleasant, and praise is comely. LORD builds up Jerusalem. He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. He tells the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power. His understanding is infinite.
Psalms 147:1-5 -
We are so blessed by Your faithfulness to Israel - and also to us.

We proclaim that our God is omniscient and omnipotent.

And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
Revelation 15:3Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty, just and true are Your ways, You King of the nations.

Abba, thank You for this prayer meeting in which we can meet with You week by week, and do so in unity in this city - for Your holy name's sake.

According to Paul's Spirit-led instructions in 1 Timothy 2:1-2. we prayed first for Israel's current government. They are under tremendous pressure from US President Obama and his administration to yield to the world's will, which is opposite of God's will.

Lord Yeshua, ultimately the government is on Your shoulders (Isaiah 9:7), yet today there is a government in Israel run by mere men and women. We hold Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu and his coalition into the anointing that You have for Israel's leaders at this time.

We bless You for this current government, and we view them as an answer to our prayers, asking You for a government through whom You could glorify Yourself.

Bless Bibi and give him wisdom from on high.

Psalms 68:27-28 -
Hedge this government in so that they cannot do anything that is outside of Your will for Israel as this time.

Especially we ask for You to hedge in Defense Minister Ehud Barak and his Labor party. Forbid Barak from becoming President Obama's ally in the midst of Israel's leaders.

Shield Israel from America's bullying tactics, and wake up Americans to see that of all nations in the world, the Obama administration is only bullying Israel - not Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, etc.

This weekend the Palestinian Authority [PA] needs to give a response to special US Middle East envoy George Mitchell about restarting "peace" talks with Israel. Actually it will be Israel talking through Mitchell to the PA, and the PA talking through Mitchell to Israel. These "proximity talks" put the peace process back to before the Oslo accords were signed. Still, the US administration wants a comprehensive ME peace in less than two years! It is just not going to happen. What will happen is Israel will be seen as the stumbling stone on this road to peace. Israel will get the blame, global pressure will grow, and we will continue to see a rather quick fulfillment of Zechariah 12:2-3.

Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. In that day I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all people of the earth be gathered together against it.
Zechariah 12:2-3 -
Lord, as You have done both biblically and recently, harden the Palestinian leadership's hearts to answer with such unreasonable demands that even Mitchell sees the truth - that the Palestinians are more interested in destroying the Jewish state than having their own state.

As You did with Pharaoh, may You alone receive the glory.

Abba, wake up American leaders to see that what they will end up creating is a three-state solution - Israel, a future Palestine and an alive and dangerous Hamastan in Gaza. Is this really what they - or anyone else in the West - really want?

Lord, we remind You of Your word in Jeremiah 12:14-17 concerning the Palestinians who are on Your/Israel's land today:
Thus says LORD against all My evil neighbors, that touch the inheritance which I have caused My people Israel to inherit.

And it shall come to pass, after...I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and...to his land. And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of My people, to swear by my name - LORD lives - as they taught My people to swear by Ba'al; then shall they be built in the midst of My people. But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation,
says LORD. -
Lord, it seems that the choice of the Palestinians is salvation through Messiah Yeshua - or destruction at Your hand. We ask that You save multitudes of Palestinians quickly.

America - with Obama as President - has become the most dangerous nation in the world for Israel. Whereas we would never listen to most other nations when our security is at stake, yet the US still has huge influence and many tools with which to manipulate Israel.

Open up the eyes of Israelis throughout this nation to see the very dangerous "friend" that Barak Hussein Obama has become.

Do the same for our government officials.

Help Israelis recognize that our only true help comes from You.

Abba we ask that You break the unbiblical umbilical cord between Israel and America.

we ask that You will allow much good to come out of this betrayal of Israel by Obama & Co. -
Help the Jewish community in America to see that they were lied to by Obama when he was running for president. Wake them up, shake them up, and bring them home!

Cause the Church in America to see this very dangerous road that Obama is driving their nation on. It leads right into the Valley of Jehoshaphat! (Joel 3:1-2). [Did you notice that the recent tornadoes and flooding in America all came while Mitchell was here wanting Israel to divide her/God's land? And did you notice that that oil platform explosion, that has resulted in a huge amount of oil spewing into the Gulf of Mexico, occurred on April 20th - Israel's Independence Day! Watch and pray.]

There is a real danger to Israeli society as a huge number of ultra-Orthodox Jews and a significant portion of Israeli Arabs live off of government and other handouts. Not only do they not even serve in the army, many of them are actually anti-Zionist. These two groups are also very fruitful and multiply.

Lord, show us how to pray into this situation.

Thank You for all of the Orthodox Jews who do serve in the IDF and do make a huge contribution to this society. Bless them and reveal Your Messiah to them.

Prevent the media from placing all of the Orthodox Jews in the same box.

We also thank You for all the Israeli Arabs who also are a contributing part of this nation. Open up their eyes to see Yeshua as their Redeemer.

One solution is for Israelis to stop aborting their babies.

Lord, move among Israelis and convict them of the abomination of abortion.

We ask that You bless all of the pro-life groups in Israel - including Efrat, Be'ad Chaim, and A Future and a Hope. Make them effective and provide for all their needs.

Please raise up Israeli politicians who will not only speak out against abortion but will work to overturn the legislation that makes abortion legal in Israel.
