1. Praise:

   Jeremiah 17:7 in Shabbat's prophetic reading says we are blessed since Abba Father has saved us in Messiah Yeshua and through His grace has enabled us to trust Him today and have great hope in Him for tomorrow.

   • Lord, we give You a sacrifice of praise for the various trials You orchestrate for us as they force us to not trust in ourselves but to trust in You – both now and in the future (2 Cor. 1:9-10; 1 Tim. 4:10).

   • Abba, we rejoice that our trust in Messiah contributes to the praise of Your glory (Eph. 1:12).

   • Thank You God that our hope in You is a fruit of Your Holy Spirit abiding in us (Rom. 5:5; 15:13).

   • Our Lord and our God, we bless You for opening up our eyes to the hope that we find in the Tanach [Old Testament] (Rom. 15:4).

   • Abba Father, as You set Israel free from Egypt to serve You so You do with us when You free us from the chains of our old man's inherited sin nature (Lev. 25:55; Luke 1:74-75; Rom. 6:17-18, 22).

   • Thank You Almighty God for revealing to us that if we totally understood You and what You do, then that would mean we had created a God in our image and our likeness (Deut. 29:29: Eccl. 8:17).

2. Government & society:

   Paul tells us to pray for our leaders (1 Tim. 2:1-4). So if we do not pray for our governmental authorities, we as Messiah's Body, bear part of the responsibility when they do things that are not in line with God's will. So we pray for Israel's leaders, and as we ask God to guide our prayers, we often can see Him at work in their lives. There are many plans in a man's heart, yet YHWH's counsel shall be fulfilled. (Prov. 19:21)

   • King Messiah, we know that Isaiah 9:7 describes Your rule after You return to Jerusalem – yet we ask You to please start to exercise Your authority in all areas of Israel today (Psa. 5:2; Matt. 28:18).

   • Lord God, strengthen, protect and anoint with divine wisdom Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu for as long as it is Your will for him to be Israel's leader (Job 12:13; Prov. 2:6; Dan. 2:21).

   • God of Jacob, gift him with a Joseph-type advisor, a person in whom is Your Spirit (Gen. 41:38).

   • Abba Father, bring the deep-state's court-trails which have hounded Bibi for over a decade and yet have not brought forth anything worthy of a guilty verdict, to a sudden and swift end (Psa. 94:20-22).

   • God Almighty, forbid that Bibi, or any other coalition politician, would start to see all that they say or do today through the filter of what is best for them in the upcoming elections (Matt. 6:34).

   • Almighty, guide all ministers to know when to speak and when to be quiet (Psa. 131:2; Eccl. 9:17).

   • Lord, block Israel from electing a new government that would turn away from all the progress of its current government – in the physical, political, and spiritual battle over Israel (Ex. 14:15; Luke 9:62).

   • King of Israel, prepare the hearts of Your people to vote so that the next government will have many more offspring of Issachar and of Zion than even the current one (1 Chr. 12:32a; Zech. 9:13).

   • Shield of Abraham, protect Your people from all ungodly influences, internal and external, that try to deceive them from Your will when they go to vote (Num. 23:23; Isa. 54:17).

   • Righteous Judge, arise and fulfill Isaiah 1:24-26; cleanse Israel's judiciary of its unrighteousness and fill the ensuing vacuum with Your righteousness (Isa. 32:1).

   • Abba Father, show our brothers and sisters in Messiah that Your Kingdom is tied in with Israel and Your promises to the Jewish people and then burden them to pray for the upcoming Israeli elections - that the results will advance the coming of Your kingdom on earth (Isa. 33:22; Luke 11:2).

3. Foreign relations:

   As Messiah Yeshua's disciples, His Father's foreign policy must be our goal: May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matt. 6:9-10). This goal has to be exalted over our loyalty to any nation, including Israel.

   • Lord God of Jacob, do not keep silent as more nations demand that Israel commit suicide and not defend itself so that this living witness of Your existence and glory would be destroyed (Psa. 83:1-4).

   • God of Jacob, after the next elections, do not allow an Israeli government to be formed that would try to appease the nations in order to gain the world's favor (Isa. 26:13; Matt. 4:10).

   • King Messiah, from now until You return, place Your wisdom inside Israeli leaders so that they know how to relate to America – regardless of who leads that nation (Isa. 31:1; Jer. 17:5).

   • Lord, grant great discernment to Israel to know which nations are safe to share and sell its hi-tech weaponry and defensive advancements to and which nations are not real allies (Isa. 39:3-7).

   • God, let the growth of anti-Zionism push Israel to be that prophesied set-apart nation (Num. 23:9b).

   • Lord of lords, protect and use Israel's UN Ambassador Danny Danon and his team to defend the Jewish Nation in that man-built, man-centered, modern Tower of Babylon (Psa. 81:10; 119:13).

   • Abba, give Israel boldness and wisdom to know when remaining as a member of the UN is just a waste of time, effort and money and when to wipe the dirt off their feet and leave (Psa. 1:1; 26:4).

   • Abba Father, as the global economy is shaken by the events concerning the Straits of Hormuz, and as more people blame Israel for dragging America into the war, give Israeli diplomats boldness and courage to shred those arguments with wisdom and by the use of Your Word (Jer. 23:29; Heb. 4:12).

   • Lord Yeshua, draw Christian Zionists into Israeli diplomats' lives, and use them to strengthen the Israelis by sharing with them what Your Word says about Israel today (Psa. 40:10; 43:3a; 86:1; 98:3).

   • Son of Man, anoint believers who pray for their nation's relations with Israel and let those requests open the door for Your mercy to descend on their nations (Ezek. 22:30-31: cp. Isa. 60:12).

4. Gaza:

   Hamas refuses to disarm despite having agreed to do that and despite Trump's "Board of Peace" begging them. Also, the billions of dollars that nations promised to aid Gaza have not been deposited. Meanwhile, the IDF is preparing to restart the war and to destroy Hamas – Israel's modern day Amalek-like enemy (Ex. 17:16; Deut. 25:17-19).

   • God, thank You that Hamas' unwillingness to do that which they agreed does not surprise us, so why is it so shocking for most diplomats and politicians in the West (Psa. 36:9;119:99-100; 1 Cor. 1:19)!

   • We praise You Lord God for Israel's Defense Minister Katz and its IDF Chief of Staff Zamir who knew Hamas would not disarm and have been preparing the IDF to finish the war (Psa. 44:4-6).

   • God Almighty, may Your divine will in relation to Gaza prevail (Psa. 33:10-11; Prov. 21:30).

   • Messiah Yeshua, Obadiah 1:11-14 basically describes the October 7th massacre, so we ask You to arise and war against Hamas until it is only a bad memory (Ex. 17:14-16; Psa. 68:30b).

   • Abba, let the war against Iran totally drain the finances of Hamas and Islamic Jihad (Prov. 11:4a).

   • If the war with Hamas is not able to be won until Israel makes a commitment to repossess all of Gaza, then please move upon Israelis in all areas of its society to agree to do just that (Neh. 2:20).

   • King Yeshua, build up, protect, and give boldness to all Arab believers in Gaza and lay a burden on the worldwide Body to intercede for our family who live under Hamas' heels (Matt. 16:18).

5. Internal security:

   Our prayers for Israel to extend its sovereignty target Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley, yet our prayers for internal security must cover all of the land. Security is essential as "all Israel" will be saved on God's land – and for Jews to be saved, they need to be alive!

   • Lord Yeshua, burden Your Body to pray for Your will to be done concerning Your land as its fate is tied in not only to Israel's salvation (Ezek. 36:24-32; Zech. 12:3-10), but also to the sanctification of Your name (Psa. 87:2; 115:1-3; Prov. 3:12; 1 Thess. 1:3).

   • King Messiah, rebuke any born-again believer who supports the creation of a "Palestine" on Your land, as that is one obvious way that Satan uses to try to stop Your return (Matt. 16:23; 23:37-39).

   • Lord God, let Leviticus 25:2, 23 and 38 in Shabbat's Torah portion drive home to Your people how serious You are concerning giving them Your land.

   • Also, God of Abraham, use Leviticus 25:23 to show them that the land is Yours and that they do not have permission to give it away for any reason whatsoever.

   • Thank You Lord that in the Torah reading, You join the restoration of Israel from their captivity in the nations with Your covenant to Israel's forefathers and Your care for Your land (Lev. 26:40-42).

   • We bless You Abba for the excellent work Israel's current coalition is doing to extend Israel's rule over more of its land and ask You to not let them become weary in well-doing (Isa. 54:2-3; Gal. 6:9).

   • Lord God, in Your sovereignty fulfill Psalm 10:16 and cleanse Your land from the spirit of Islam.

   • Almighty King, increase Your angelic protection over Israeli shepherds and farmers who are being increasingly attacked by local Palestinian gangs (Psa. 3:5-8; 23:4).

   • Divine Commander, anoint Israel's security forces throughout the land to fight like those prophesied sons of Zion against all Palestinian and Arab-Israeli terrorists (Zech. 9:13-15; 10:3a-7; 12:5-6).

   • Gracious Lord, also give the security forces wisdom to know how to deal with the extremists among the Jews living in Judea and Samaria that attack Arabs without cause (Eccl. 8:11).

   • As more terrorists get captured or killed, let more Muslims see how You Lord are greater than the Allah of the Quran, and then shame them to seek Your face (Deut. 10:17; Psa. 83:16-18).

6. External security:

   It is very confusing to try to discern how God is using Trump's on-again, off-again, war against Iran for His kingdom purposes. We trust that He is and so we pray in line with what we see is His will as revealed in His Word. Israel is ready to resume the war, yet we are not convinced that America is. Yet if the Iranian regime survives and maintains their enriched uranium and nuclear weapons program, they will rightly see that as a win. Meanwhile, Israel and Hizbullah are trading blows, and while Israel is killing many more terrorists than the Israelis that Hizbullah murders, still every Israeli who dies reminds the nation that this multi-front war is far from over.

   • Lord Yeshua, let Your Body see that if Israel is destroyed You cannot return (Zech. 14:1-4), but also it would prove Your Word is false and thus destroy the hope of believers (Jer. 31:35-37; John 17:17).

   • Therefore God, raise up more believers to stand on Jerusalem's walls and pray for Your name and glory's sake for You to continue to protect Your chosen nation (Psa. 115:1-3; Isa. 62:6-7; Jer. 31:10).

   • Iran: Abba, harden Trump's heart to reject any deal with Iran unless it leads to Iran's surrender of its enriched uranium and the dismantling of its nuclear program (Prov. 21:1).

   • Lord God, by Your supernatural power hasten the preparation of Iran's next leaders, including giving them favor with their people, with Israel and with America (Psa. 75:5-7; Dan. 2:21).

   • Messiah, set Iranians free from the demonic regime that reins over and crushes them (Prov. 29:2).

   • Abba, as Iran's king, the Ayatollah, is now destroyed, fulfill the rest of that verse and destroy also the princes, Iran's various rulers who struggle for authority today (Jer. 49:38a).

   • God, increase the division between the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp and the various political leaders still active in Iran and use that to hasten the regime's complete downfall (Matt. 12:25).

   • Messiah Lord, hide and guard over all Israel's spies and collaborators physically in Iran (Psa. 138:7).

   • Almighty Judge, judge all nations which maintain financial links with Iran despite them knowing that it is the #1 global supporter of terror (Jer. 12:13; Hag. 1:6).

   • Lion of Judah; fulfill Jeremiah 49:38a and continue to build Your throne, Your Body, in Iran today.

   • Guide them by Your Spirit to intercede for Your Kingdom goals in Iran (Psa. 33:22; 118:4; 123:3)

   • Hizbullah in Lebanon: God, free Israel from the trap it finds itself in in its war with Hizbullah as the US wants it to keep the ceasefire with Lebanon, yet Israel is not fighting Lebanon (Psa. 124:7-8)!

   • Lord God, wield Israel as Your weapon of war (Jer. 51:20-23); completely break Hizbullah in pieces and through this free both northern Israel and Lebanon (Prov. 28:15: Psa. 9:5-6; Isa. 14:5).

   • God, bring down this Lebanese government which continues to stand with Hizbullah and its talks with Israel are just a ruse, and raise up a new government that will have courage to do what is best for their own people – which is to be set free from Hizbullah and to be at peace with Israel (Prov. 14:34).

   • Abba, aid the IDF to quickly figure out a defense against Hizbullah's drone attacks (Psa. 144:1).

   • God, reveal all of Hizbullah's weapons caches, tunnels and hiding places to the IDF (Job 28:11b).

   • Lord God, drain Hizbullah's finances and break its influence over the Lebanese people (Psa. 12:2-4).

   • King Yeshua, anoint Your Body in Lebanon to be part of the solution and teach them to bless Israel and not curse Your nation (Num. 24:9b; Jer. 2:3 [note: "was" is not in the Hebrew]; Rom. 15:27).

   • Other: Abba Father, release massive confusion and panic among all nations and people and terrorist groups who hate Zion (Psa. 35:4, 26; 129:5).

   • God of Jacob, let the Islamic principality's eternal hatred of Your people drag it down into eternal destruction (Prov. 16:18; Ezek. 35:5-6).

   • Abba Father, send forth a fresh anointing on Israel's intelligence services, spies and collaborators, as well as on those who decipher the data to discern what is essential and what is not (Eccl. 8:5b).

   • Lord, use NATO's refusal to support America in its war against Iran to show Israelis how useless is the help of man – and then turn them to trust in You even more (Psa. 118:8-9; 146:3).

   • King of kings, wake up Your Body in these NATO nations to see how weak and foolish their leaders are and turn them to ask You to either strengthen them or remove them (Job 34:24; Dan. 4:17).

7. Aliyah:

   The explosion of Jew-hatred and anti-Zionism in nations where Jews, until recently, have lived safely is one of the ways God is using to "shout" to them that "the captivity" is over. This is also a history lesson as in every nation where Jews have lived, at some point they were no longer welcomed or protected. This is exactly what we are seeing in most Western nations today.

   • We praise You God of Israel for Leviticus 26:44-45 in the Torah portion and rejoice that we are witnesses to You fulfilling that proclamation of Your faithfulness in our day.

   • Abba, we hear reports of many more Jews "considering" making aliyah and we ask You to blot out "considering" from that phrase so that we actually see more Jews make aliyah (Jer. 31:21)!

   • King Messiah, remove from Your people the ungodly fear of moving to Israel and replace it with a godly fear of remaining in the nations (Jer. 50:4-8; 51:6).

   • God of Jacob, open up the eyes of Jews in the West, including in the US, to see the graffiti on the walls and realize that You have released Your hunters to drive them home (Jer. 16:16).

   • Lord Yeshua, show more Jewish religious leaders in the captivity that the return to Zion is for Your glory (Isa. 43:5-7) and it is what You are doing today with all of Your heart and soul (Jer. 32:41).

   • God of Israel, as they do that, strengthen them to encourage their people to come home and to even lead them home by returning with them (Jer. 51:9-10).

   • Lord God, release Jews who are mentally, emotionally, or financially trapped in what they see as "comfort zones" - but are really just gilded cages – in the captivity (Psa. 107:14-16; 137:4-6).

   • Abba Father, challenge Jewish parents as to whether they want their children intimidated by gentile anti-Semites, or in the IDF, fighting for their biblical homeland (Isa. 41:10-16; Ezek. 37:10).

   • God, set the Jews in Turkey, Iran and other anti-Israel nations free to come home (Jer. 16:14-15).

   • Almighty God, declare to Israel's ultra-Orthodox rabbis: Let all of My people come! (Isa. 62:10)

   • Precious Lord, pour out Your grace, favor and sufficient finances on all believing organizations whose ministry is to aid in the aliyah process (Isa. 49:22; Rom. 15:27).

   • Lord God, also encourage believers to talk about aliyah with their Jewish neighbors (Eph. 4:15a).

8. Salvation:

   Psalm 106:47 links Israel's salvation with aliyah and then with God being praised. Save us, YHWH our God, and gather us from the nations to give thanks to Your holy name, and to triumph in Your praise.

   • Abba, as Your people read Jeremiah 17:9-10 in the prophetic portion, use it to help them see that without Your mercy and grace they, as all people, are doomed.

   • God of Israel, as promised in the prophesied New Covenant (Jer. 31:31-34), forgive Your people's sins so that instead of knowing about You – they actually know You (Matt. 11:27; 1 John 2:23).

   • Lord Yeshua, reveal Yourself to every son and daughter of Zion in Israel today (Zech. 9:9; 14:1-4).

   • God, turn many ex-Muslim believers into zealous provokers to jealousy of the Jews (Rom. 11:11).

   • Lord Yeshua, save a huge remnant of Holocaust survivors and families; survivors of terrorism; hostages and loved ones; IDF soldiers and families; loved ones of soldiers killed or severely injured; Israelis with PTSD; medical personnel; widows, widowers, orphans, traumatized children; politicians, judges, lawyers, diplomats; university students, teachers, professors; astronomers, scientists; rabbis and Jewish anti-missionaries; Jews in Judea and Samaria; Jews on their death beds; Jews with shame over past abortions; Israeli archeologists and tour guides; Israelis in the nations; Jews who just made aliyah; alcoholics, drug-addicts, hippies, LGBTQ+, new agers; Jews in Iran, Ethiopia, Turkey, India, and China; Jews married to gentile believers; unsaved loved ones of Messianic Jews.

9. Body of Messiah:

   This week, I was led by God's Spirit to place in each of the topics above certain prayers that link Messiah's Body with each topic. Whether that continues or not is up to the directions from the Lord.

10. IFI:

    Please continue to pray for us as we often find ourselves exhausted from the constant tension which most Israelis experience at this time. Yet we would not want to live anywhere else.
