1. From this week's Torah portion:

    • I will sing unto the LORD, for He has triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider He has thrown into the sea. The LORD is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation: He is my God… my father's God, and I will exalt Him. The LORD is a man of war: the LORD [YHWH] is His name.

      Exo. 15:1-3
    • We are so grateful that You are always the same and so reliable.

    • We bless You for the empty grave of Messiah Yeshua. We serve a Risen Savior!

    • Thank You for choosing us to stand in the gap for Your will to be done here in Israel and unto the ends of the earth.

  2. Lebanon is in crisis. The UN Tribunal investigating the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri is supposed to publish its' findings in the next few days. Most likely, they will implicate Hizbullah in this murder. So Hizbullah pulled out of the Lebanese government this past week, causing the government to collapse. We prayed in three specific areas about this:

    1. How this affects Lebanon and the Lebanese people.

      • Lord, allow the Tribunal to expose the truth about this assassination.

      • God, it is not just a coincidence that this past week the current Lebanese PM asked the UN to pressure Israel - and within a few days his government fell. Let other nations wake up!

      • Please have mercy on the Lebanese people.

      • Strengthen real believers in that nation to take advantage of the chaos to preach Yeshua.

      • Save multitudes of Lebanese - including many inside of Hizbullah.

      • Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest? And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness. The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

        Isa. 29:17-19
      • Use this report and the government's collapse to bring to an end Hizbullah's terror threats and rule in Lebanon and their threats of war against Israel.

      • For the terrible one is brought to nothing, the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off, that make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproves in the gate [rulers], and turn aside the just for a useless thing.

        Isa. 29:20-21
    2. For Israel to know how to respond.

      • Lord, enable both the Israeli government and military leaders to know what to do, and when to do it.

      • Raise up in Israel, sons of Issachar, who were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do… (1 Chr. 12:32)

      • If Israel needs to pre-empt Hizbullah, give her leaders the courage and wisdom to do it, regardless of the condemnation they will most likely receive from the world.

      • Continue to give Israel good intelligence concerning Hizbullah's plans and locations.

      • Quicken the alertness of the IDF on Israel's Lebanese border.

      • Clear away all confusion on Israel's side of the border but send massive confusion to the Lebanese side.

Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.

        Psa. 129:5
      • Let Hizbullah and all other terrorist groups fall into the net that they set to trap others.

      • He made a pit… and is fallen into the ditch which he made. His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own scalp.

        Psa. 7:15-16

The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

        Psa. 9:15

They have prepared a net for my steps… they have dug a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves.

        Psa. 57:6
    3. For the world to respond to the report in a godly manner. (We really stretched our faith in praying for this!)

      • Lord, raise up righteous indignation against this assassination in the global community.

      • Do not allow this issue to be swept away or ignored.

      • Do not allow this issue to be twisted by world leaders.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil… which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

        Isa. 5:20,23
      • Help the Church to know how to respond - at least in prayer.

      • Give much wisdom to Israel's spokesmen to know what to say.

  3. Israel has had some rain and while there is more forecast for this weekend - yet the situation is still critical. Please continue to lift this issue before the throne of grace.

    • We bless You for the rain and snow that has fallen on Your land recently.

    • Yet You know we need much more. We are pleading with You to have mercy on Your land and Your people and bring all the water they need.

    • We remind You of Your Word.

You, O God, sent a plentiful rain, whereby You confirmed Your inheritance, when it was weary.

      Psa. 68:9
    • We are confident in asking You for this because it is for Your glory.

When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none… I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water… That they may see, and know, consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD has done this, and the Holy One of Israel has created it.

      Isa. 41:17-20
    • Let the precipitation fall in all the right places - over the mountains of Israel, in the Sea of Galilee and over the Golan Heights.

    • Fill up all the underground aquifers in this land.

    • Let the drilling to find new sources of water be guided by You and very successful.

    • Lord, as You did with the few loaves and fish, so do with the little water in this land - supernaturally increase it.

    • As aliyah - the immigration of Your people back to Israel - was up this past year, please provide the water these new olim (immigrants) need to be established here.

  4. Aliyah was up in 2010 by 20%, as over 19,000 Jews coming home. Yet multitudes remain in the nations who need to move here. This week's Torah portion includes the children of Israel leaving Egypt and needing to take a step of faith to cross through the Red Sea. Jews in exile need to do the same thing.

    • Abba, speak to Your people in "Egypt" that it is time to come home.

    • When You bring them home, keep them here. Take away the lusting after the things of Egypt.

    • Strip from Jews in exile - including believers - the idea that those nations are their home.

    • Reveal to them the gift of Your land as their inheritance (Exo. 15:17; Deut. 25:19).

    • Use all of the shaking that the nations are experiencing to shake Your people out.

    • Use the rise of anti-Semitism to shake Your people up and get them to come home.

Behold, I will send for many fishers, says the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them…

      Jer. 16:16
    • Use Natan Sharansky, the head of the Jewish Agency, to draw Jews back home.

    • Remove all the stones of stumbling from the path of Your people here in Israel (Isa. 62:10).

    • Thank You for those in the Body of Messiah that have the vision of seeing Your people come home and are helping - whether with finances, actual help in the field and/or through prayer.

    • Give revelation to that part of the Body who does not have this burden. Show them what an incredible fulfillment of prophecy this is.

Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up My hand to the Gentiles, and set up My standard to the people: and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.

      Isa. 49:22
    • Arise, God, and scatter all anti-biblical theology from Your Body.

    • Bless Ebenezer Emergency Fund/Operation Exodus as they celebrate their 20th anniversary next week here in Jerusalem. Reveal to them their next steps.

  5. In a few weeks, IFI annual International Prayer Conference will be held in Jerusalem. We appreciate your prayers for that time.

    • Lord, speak. Give to both the leaders and the congregation ears to hear.

    • We confess that we see through a glass darkly. By Your Spirit, guide us to pray in line with Your will at all times during this conference.

    • Anoint us to hit the target or targets that are on Your heart.

    • Anoint the speakers and in particular, anoint the prayers of all the people there.

    • But the end of all things is at hand: be therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

      1 Pet. 4:7
  6. We ended praying for the salvation of Israel and the Israeli Messianic Body.

    • Thank You for the many promises of all Israel being saved once they are back in the Land.

    • Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will restore them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. And I will cause the captivity of Judah and… Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first. And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against Me. And I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against Me.

      Jer. 33:6-8
    • Thank You that there are more Jews in Israel worshipping the Lamb of God now than any other time since the first century.

    • Raise up those shepherds after Your won heart that You promised this people at this specific time (Jer. 3:14-15; 23:3-4).

    • Yeshua, use Your Body to provoke Your people to jealousy (Rom. 11:11-15).

    • Use the Messianic believers in Israel's army to reveal Yeshua to their fellow soldiers.

    • Abba, save Your people, the remnant of Israel (Jer. 31:7).

At the Prayer Conference, we will attempt to send out a short daily video update, notifying you via an e-mail with a link in it.

Who is like unto You, O LORD, among the gods?
Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?
