God the Help of Those Who Seek Him

I will lift up my eyes to the hills- from whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.

Psalm 121

- Father we bless your name because you protect Israel, you neither slumber nor sleep.

- Father you are steadfast, you never change, your blessings are new every morning.

- Yeshua, you are the lamb, the sacrifice, the shepherd that leads us. Please lead us with your Holy Spirit and guide our prayers.

- Thank you that you have made your abode here in Jerusalem, and that you are interceding also for this nation.

- Thank you that we can trust you, thank you for your power.

- Thank you for keeping us in health.

- Thank you that you are keeping your word to perform it, for your glory.

- We worship you and thank you for what and who you are.

  1. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem:

I was glad when they said to me, let us go into the house of the Lord. Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem! Jerusalem is built as a city that is compact together, where the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, to the Testimony of Israel, to give thanks to the name of the Lord. For thrones are set there for judgment, the thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces. For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, Peace be within you. Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.

    Psalm 122

    Pray for:

    • The protection of Jerusalem from those that are trying to divide it.

    • Prosperity within Jerusalem and peace.

    • For Arab Christians to understand the promises of God to the Jewish people, especially regarding Jerusalem. The Arab Christians seem to think that Jerusalem should be an International City, whilst the scriptures actually declared that Jerusalem, at the end times, would be in Jewish hands (Luke 21:24).

    • Thank the Lord for the increase in tourism- 1.3 million tourists in the last 3 months, record numbers are coming in. This brings incredible amount of revenues into the country.

  2. The Coming Deliverance of Judah

Pray for Security on our borders:

The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him: Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. In that day, says the Lord, I will strike every horse with confusion, and its rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in the Lord of hosts, their God. In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a firepan in the woodpile, and like a fiery torch in the sheaves; they shall devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left, but Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place-Jerusalem. The Lord will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah. In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the Lord before them. It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

    Zecharia 12:1-9

Everybody wants a piece of Jerusalem. Even the Egyptian Brotherhood said last week that they wanted to have a part in it. Terrible judgment against those that come against Jerusalem and the rest of Israel. There is a connection here between Jerusalem and the rest of Judah and Israel. From the border of Gaza, this last week, there has been 130 rockets fired into Israel. Last night two fell in Ashkelon, nobody has been hurt, which is a miracle. We are having terrorist warnings in the Sinai and the army forces are on full alert. And as we can see we have a new front opening up now on the Egyptian-Gaza border.

    Pray for:

    • God to give wisdom to the leaders to know what to do in the Sinai.

    • God to put angels on our border with Egypt.

    • The IDF to have supernatural eyes to see incoming attacks.

    • The intelligence to foil the terrorist attempts.

  3. We continue praying for security in the Middle East. The prophesy of Gog and Maggog tells us that one day there will be a pact between Russia and Iran who will attack Israel, we know that that day is coming. Last week we heard through the Israeli papers that a massive joint military exercise was schedule to take place in a month time been between Russia, China, Syria and Iran. Involving 90,000 troops, 1000 tanks, 400 aircraft, warships and so on. This report was originally published in Arabic though an Iranian newspaper. The reports were denied by both Russia and China. We also heard that China's warships were going though the Suez Canal, and as soon as the news was announced, the warships turned around.

    Pray for:

    • Pray that the Lord will continue to foil any attempts at threatening or attacking Israel.

  4. We continue praying for security with regards to Syria and Lebanon. In Syria, according to the reports we have, America is supplying armaments and supporting the rebels, whilst Russia is supporting the government. On the Lebanese border things are quite at the moment. It could be because they have problems with the amount of refugees coming from Syria into Lebanon escaping the civil war there. However, there are small battles between the Lebanese and the Syrian refugees. However, Hezbollah is still there and surely still amazing weapons to destroy Israel.

    Pray for:

    • The Israeli leaders to have wisdom to know what to do in our borders with Syria and Lebanon.

  5. We continue praying for security with regards to Egypt. Egypt is going through a difficult time, there are elections going on, it has recently gone through a Coup d'état, therefore there is political instability and economic hardship. Isaiah 19 mentions that Egypt was going to go through a hard time, and then God would deliver them.

And the Lord will strike Egypt, He will strike and heal it; they will return to the Lord, and He will be entreated by them and heal them. In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will come into Egypt and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians will serve with the Assyrians. In that day Israel will be one of three with Egypt and Assyria-a blessing in the midst of the land, whom the Lord of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.

    Isaiah 19:22-24

The most amazing part of this scripture is that is talking about a future highway between Egypt and Assyria. These countries are one day going to have peace with Israel and are going to be traveling through Israel. Meaning that one day, there will be a policy of open borders between these three countries.

We believe that this highway is actually in the process of been built by Israel. Going on road 1 towards the Dead Sea, this road, for those that do not know it, goes from Jerusalem to the desert, to the east towards the Jordan. there is a section that is been constructed that has taken enormous dimensions, 3 or 4 times the size of a normal road. From there it could turn north east towards Syria. Tour-guides are puzzled at the size of the road since the desert does not have that many inhabitants. So their conclusion is that the road is been constructed with the hope that Israel, one day, will have open borders with Syria and this road could accommodate large amount of traffic.

    Pray for:

    • God to turn the hearts of the Egyptians and Syrians towards Him.

    • the Lord to have His way within both Egypt and Syria.

    • Praise the Lord for looking after his word to fulfill it.

  6. We turning our eyes to Aliyah and the sprinkling of clean water

For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.

    Ezekiel 36:24-27

The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. And He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? So I answered, O Lord God, You know. Again He said to me, Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord. So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone. Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; but there was no breath in them. Also He said to me, Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army. Then He said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off! Therefore prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it, says the Lord.

    Ezekiel 37:1-14

    Pray for the Lord:

    • to get these Jewish people out of their graves.

    • to bring His people back to the Promised Land, from the south, from the north, from the east and from the west.

    • to pour on them the Holy Spirit.

    • to sprinkle on them clean water.

    • to give them a new heart and a new spirit.

    • to watch over his word to perform it.

    • to clean His land to open the heart of His people to who He is.

Many blessings from Jerusalem,
